One visit. Three important steps.
Each scheduled visit includes blowing loose debris from the roof, blowing out and flushing gutters with water, and applying a baking-soda-based preventive moss treatment.
We recommend preventive service every six months for Pacific Northwest homes. Visits are scheduled and paid for individually rather than billed as an automatic subscription.

THE NO-MOSS GUARANTEE
Regrowth removal is included at your next visit.
If we have cleared existing moss and you maintain six-month preventive service, any returning moss on the treated roof will be removed at no additional moss-removal charge during your next scheduled six-month visit.
This is not an on-demand return between visits; each scheduled preventive visit is still a paid service starting at $150.
How enrollment works
Substantial moss: an initial paid moss removal is completed first (moss removal starts at $400).
Very light moss: a roof may qualify to begin with the $150 preventive visit.
